We understand that you have invested a lot in Aluminium formwork for your project and you might be wondering whether you can use the same formwork materials for your subsequent projects. Guess what, the answer to the above question is YES! You can use the same materials for your new project with few modifications to some of your panels.

Shell drawing
We do not straight away build an apartment, do we? We Plan it. We consult with Architectural consultant, Structural Consultant etc and get a view about how much is the room dimension, where do the windows come, what is the beam and slab depth etc.
Why don’t you know where the formwork come?
Shell drawing involves indication of areas under the scope of Aluminium formwork with sections and elevations.
Formwork drawing
As the name suggests Formwork drawing is the one which contains the formwork panel arrangements. For quick and easy understanding different layouts such as Wall panel layout, Slab layout, Beam layout etc of the formwork drawings are prepared.
Formwork drawing will show the different types of panels - Old, Modified and New materials which help in the erection.
Manufacturing drawing
Manufacturing drawing is the drawing which contains crucial details about the manufacturing part of formwork panels.
Manufacturing drawing contains details such as
•Welding location
•Stiffener spacing
•Hole pattern etc.
Before producing the manufacturing drawing, load analysis of the panel will be done. Based on the output from the load analysis, Manufacturing drawing will be prepared.
Cutting Schedule
Cutting Plan should be finalised before proceeding for manufacturing of panels to ensure maximum utilization of materials.
For modification of Aluminium formwork as well as the production of new formwork materials, the cutting schedule will be of great help in optimizing the cutting process.
BOM
BOM is prepared for details of panels to be modified as well as the panels that do not require any modification.
A BOM for Modification generally contains
•Straight use panel
•Only Cut
•Only Cutting and welding
•Only drilling (if required other layouts)
Final BOM is prepared after the panel is manufactured and will be handed over to the client for their reference
Execution
Execution part of the modification can be done on-site or in our factory depends on the requirement of the client. Execution involves modifying the panels precisely with respect to the modification drawings prepared early.
