MD and CEO of Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, Mr Sanjay Dutt said, “The biggest challenge the developers could face is getting back migrant workers, who are returning to their home states due to lack of employment” which is true.
So, how could the builders, consultants and developers manage with only limited workers available for their upcoming projects? Or should they manage to pay an increased wage for the extra labours?
The solution is simple. You need not pay! You need not go for extra workers.
You might have started to guess that Work from Home is going to become normal and working hours are going to be flexible yet the works being completed on time. Why not bring a new methodology or maybe modifying an existing one into construction as well? Aluminium formwork is one such method that has been in use for quite a long time and has proved to be one of the best technologies that reduce labour cost, material cost and time. Not just private promoters but even the state governments across India are adopting aluminium formwork system for its fast track projects.
Mostly Aluminium formwork is only being used by huge promoters and builders. The irony is that the small scale to medium-scale builders is also the worst affected by the current situation. We, at Asal, wanted to take Aluminium formwork to small and medium scale builders too.
Being a costly system how are we going to take it to small and medium scale builders? To solve this problem we have got three bundles namely #Lite #Standard #Ultra – ranging from 6 lakhs to 40 lakhs.
Before coming up with the details of each bundle, I wanted to know what the construction professionals are expecting from these bundles as serving with the actual requirement is the ultimate target. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
